Lead Technicians,

Must have minimum of 1 yr experience
in Fiber, Conduit, Voice & Data.

Candidates will be responsible for
the installation of Cat3 and Cat5
voice and data cable. This will
include pulling, punch downs,
terminations and testing.
Qualified candidates must have
experience cutting down 66 and 110
blocks, RJ45
jacks, hanging j-hooks, testing and
certifying. Candidates must have
their own tools but will be provided
with a company vehicle. |

Support Technician
Respond to email and telephone based
customer support requests for
CoMedia 3Com NBX solutions,
datacenter dial tone and Internet
delivery products. Provide support
for technical issues and other
projects regarding phone system,
cabling, and data circuits..
Reliable performance in a team
environment is essential. Must be a
fast learning, trainable spirit. The
abilities to manage time wisely, to
maintain detailed technical records,
and to handle customers
professionally are expected.
Experience in customer service and
telephone skills are helpful.
Telecommunications, sysadmin,
programming experience are all
pluses.
Excellent communication,
professionalism, punctuality,
problem solving skills and ability
work with little to no supervision.
