30 Party Audio & Web Conference Server

CoMedia's Sonexis audio and web Conference Manager with co-Web Browsing, File Sharing and Application sharing delivers rich content to ad hoc or pre-scheduled conference calls. This audio and web conference server supports up to thirty particpants.

Ease of Use

A simple web interface enables a conference host to quickly set up a conference "room", by selecting participants from his or her Outlook contacts folder or through the provided personal address book. Partipants are then notified by the system, via email. Information about the conference includes: Telephone number, conference room number and if the host has specified web collaboration for the conference, then a hyperlink is included in the email enabling effortless navigation for the participant to view, through their personal computer's web browswer, text and graphics that may be a part of the host's presentation.
